Thank You for your interest in Anza Management; we are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician.


We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to work in an apartment complex in Blythe, CA, and Quartzsite, Phoenix, AZ area.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value of the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability is needed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred

This is a floater position- required to cover different properties where needed, within the same mile radius

• Valid California Driver’s License

• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screen

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

HVAC Tech Requirements:

• Must have a type 1 & 2 EPA Certification

Minimum 1 years of experience with HVAC.

• Bilingual prefer English and Spanish
