Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Cary, Illinois
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift : 2nd and 3rd shift
Compensation: $28-34/hr.
Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: Comprehensive benefits, 401k, and PTO.
Job Duties:
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician I to support the safe, efficient operation of high-speed production equipment. This role focuses on routine maintenance, equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, changeovers, and preventative maintenance. More advanced electrical and mechanical repairs will be supported by senior maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
- Replace sensors, components, and other maintenance parts as needed
- Assist with tooling and machine changeovers
- Rebuild and replace mechanical components

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
- Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience replacing electrical sensors and components
- Understanding of machine setup and operation
