Maintenance Assistant - Full-Time
Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our skilled nursing facility and keep the building, equipment, and resident areas safe and in good working condition.
Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs, assisting with preventative maintenance, and supporting the daily upkeep of the facility.
Qualifications:

Previous building maintenance or repair experience required

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred
Pay: $20-$22 per hour
Full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
