We are seeking a full-time Leasing Associate with multifamily housing experience to support leasing operations and build strong resident relationships. This position offers 40-hour workweeks, leasing and renewal commissions, insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and rental discounts with an independently owned management company.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective residents.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available homes.
- Process leases and rental applications accurately.
- Screen prospective residents in accordance with established procedures.
- Build and maintain positive resident relationships.
- Support property marketing initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in multifamily leasing.
