At Cedarview, we manage over 47 properties, 750+ units, and 1,250+ beds. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional living experiences for our residents while maintaining strong, professional relationships within our community.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-person and virtual apartment tours
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
- Process applications and assist with lease signings
- Maintain knowledge of current availability and pricing
- Assist with resident relations and customer service needs
- Support marketing and outreach efforts
- Help maintain curb appeal and tour readiness
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Full time. Monday -- Friday (8:30a to 5:30p). Some Saturdays required. Some overtime will also be required during special events and particularly in July / August. $$Hourly (DOE) + OT + Commissions + Bonuses. Ins, 401k benefits possible.
