Job DescriptionPosition Summary The Sober Living Manager supports clients in their daily routines and recovery by maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive living environment. This is a live-in position that includes free room and board. Responsibilities
- Understand, communicate, and enforce house rules and expectations.
- Facilitate and observe urinalysis (UA) testing.
- Oversee household cleanliness, maintenance, and general upkeep.
- Assign and monitor household chores.
- Report client behaviors, concerns, and rule violations to the supervisor.
- Report directly to the Sober Living Manager and Director.
- Conduct weekly house meetings.
- Complete daily curfew checks and bed checks.
- Assist with new client intakes and orientation.
- Prepare beds and rooms for incoming clients.
- Maintain and complete daily checklists and required documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year in recovery.
- Demonstrate compassion, accountability, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.
- Be a responsible, productive member of the community and lead by example.
- Provide a copy of a current driving record.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
