Responsibilities:

<li>Manage the projecting maintenance program</li>
\n
<li>Plan routine maintenance schedule and follow up on all problems to develop solutions</li>
\n
<li>Maximize available run time</li>
\n
<li>Monitor and repair breakdowns</li>
\n
<li>Keep upper management informed of issues that affect performance</li>
\n
<li>Ensure all safety devices are properly installed</li>
\n
<li>Ensure all parts and equipment remain at approved levels</li>
\n
<li>Responsible for supervising employees</li>
\n
<li>Adjust work schedule to meet production requirements</li>
\n
<li>Ensure all company, state, and federal requirements are met</li>
\n
<li>Supervise, train and develop subordinates</li>
\n</ul>

Requirements:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>3+ years related experience</li>
\n
<li>General knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems</li>
\n
<li>Knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment</li>
\n
<li>Knowledge of EPA regulations USDA and sanitation standards</li>
\n
<li>Previous supervisor experience</li>
\n
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
\n
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
\n
<li>Basic mathematical and problem solving skills</li>
\n</ul>
