HUD Community Manager (Bilingual English/Vietnamese)
We are seeking an experienced HUD Community Manager who is fluent in English and Vietnamese to oversee the daily operations of our HUD housing community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HUD regulations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse resident population.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
- Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and all affordable housing requirements.
- Complete certifications, recertifications, and maintain accurate resident files.
- Supervise onsite staff and coordinate maintenance operations.
- Manage leasing, rent collections, resident relations, and occupancy goals.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and ensure property performance objectives are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional resident communications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing a HUD or affordable housing community required.
- Thorough knowledge of HUD regulations, compliance, and occupancy requirements.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (required).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Yardi software preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
