We are seeking a motivated and reliable Property Custodian Team Member to join our team and help maintain our Mountain Creek Lodge training facility in Morgan, Utah. In this role, you will play an important part in keeping the property clean, organized, safe, and welcoming for employees, guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys maintaining a well-kept environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities (including restrooms/common areas and outdoor spaces)
• General Housekeeping of Training Facility Cabin while tenants are renting cabins (Changing Sheets/emptying garbages/ etc...)
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly
• Assist in set-up and breakdown for events ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained
• Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks
• Uphold safety standards and protocols while performing custodial duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
