Maintenance Manager

Keep Production Running. Lead a Skilled Maintenance Team.
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing facility. This position oversees a team of maintenance technicians responsible for maintaining highly automated production equipment. If you're a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, developing technicians, and driving continuous improvement, we'd like to speak with you.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor maintenance team
- Maximize equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Manage CMMS work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
- Partner with Production to reduce downtime
- Manage vendors, maintenance inventory and departmental budgets
- Lead equipment installations and capital improvement projects
- Ensure OSHA and Lockout/Tagout compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading industrial maintenance teams
- Experience supervising maintenance technicians
- Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
- Industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
- Steam and boiler experience
- CMMS experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Preferred
- Food manufacturing
- Textile manufacturing
- High-speed automated manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing or TPM
- OSHA 30 or industrial maintenance certifications
