Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
- Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Manage appointments and follow-ups using our CRM
- Partner with our Inside Sales Team to convert leads
- Market properties and conduct showings
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Stay current on local market trends
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Client-focused and professional
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable and team-oriented
- Willing to follow proven systems
- Listing experience preferred, not required
