Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a reliable Custodial & Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufacturing facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role combines janitorial duties with hands-on maintenance support. You’ll be responsible for keeping work areas sanitized and orderly, while also assisting with equipment upkeep and minor repairs.

Custodial Duties:

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and production floor areas
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors as needed
- Empty trash, recyclables, and scrap bins throughout the facility
- Restock supplies (soap, towels, PPE stations, etc.)
- Clean windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces regularly
- Maintain custodial equipment and keep supply areas organized

Maintenance Support:

· Support machine cleaning, lubrication, and other line prep task

· Perform preventative maintenance on all machines

· Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all plant equipment and machinery

· Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify problems

· Perform building and ground maintenance, with safety and environmental understanding

Typical schedule M-TH w/overtime on Friday, as necessary

Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• 1+ year experience as an industrial maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment, or relevant progressive work experience
• Basic knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus
• Superior attendance
• Self-motivation and dependability
• Comfortable using hand tools and light power tools
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies
