A licensed Minnesota real estate agent who is hungry and motivated. You want a full calendar, you'll do the work, and you want to be held to a high standard. A Wisconsin license is a bonus.

Our brand is seen and heard by millions, so homeowners call us. Appointments are set for you in the Rochester area, pre-qualified and motivated. You show up, listen and win the listing.

About 90% of our business comes through that brand. That means appointments on your calendar, not a list of strangers to cold call.
