Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries as needed.
- Support other team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
