We proudly promote from within and are committed to supporting our maintenance professionals every step of the way.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Travel between 4 local Monarch properties to complete maintenance requests and make-readies
• Complete assigned work orders promptly and professionally
• Turn units between residents (make-readies)
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Keep maintenance shops clean and organized
• Take part in the on-call rotation (with daily on-call bonuses!)

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of hands-on maintenance or facilities experience
• Basic skills in:
  • Plumbing (toilets, drains, etc.)
  • Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
  • Carpentry and drywall repair
  • Interior and exterior painting/staining
• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available)
