What You’ll Do
- Convert tours → applications → leases
- Conduct engaging apartment tours and follow up to close the sale
- Conduct move-out inspections and walk vacant units to assess condition, identifying charges and damages
- Take ownership of delinquency by proactively communicating with residents, resolving balances, and minimizing outstanding receivables
- Support lease renewal strategy by engaging residents, addressing concerns, and helping drive retention
- Resolve resident concerns and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution
- Leverage AI and digital tools to maximize efficiency and conversion

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Community Manager in multifamily housing
- Proven ability and strong interest in leasing and sales performance
