Compensation:

$75,000 – $150,000+ annually Commission-based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Conduct listing consultations and presentations with prospective sellers
• Develop pricing and marketing strategies to position properties for sale
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve strong client outcomes
• Guide sellers through the complete home-selling process
• Manage client communication and follow-up using our CRM
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams
• Deliver an exceptional seller experience that drives referrals and repeat business

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Active Real Estate License required
• Experience in real estate sales, listing, or seller representation preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-driven with a high-performance, commission-focused mindset
• Organized and comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
• Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous professional growth
• Full-time availability with a strong drive to succeed
