About the Role:

As a Fulltime Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the healthcare center's physical plant, equipment, and systems. This includes but is not limited to:

Performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing air filters, checking and replacing light bulbs, and cleaning condenser coils
Conducting repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our rehabilitation equipment and therapy areas
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and inventory levels

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks as outlined above
Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on equipment and systems
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and renovations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and health standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
