The Kelly's Enterprise is seeking a part-time Commercial Cleaning Technician to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services for commercial spaces in Wilmington, NC.
Position Summary
As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you will help maintain clean, safe, and well-presented environments for clients by performing assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and to established standards. You take pride in detail, follow procedures, and ensure each work area is left spotless and ready for use.
This part-time onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values reliability, and can manage cleaning tasks with a steady, professional approach. Most positions start time is after 6pm.
Key Responsibilities

Perform commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, dusting, and trash removal according to assigned schedules and checklists

Clean and maintain restrooms and other high-touch areas using appropriate cleaning methods and supplies

Ensure all work areas meet quality standards, including attention to detail in corners, fixtures, and surfaces

Use equipment safely and responsibly, following site instructions and safe handling practices

Communicate with team members or supervisors as needed to confirm task completion and address any issues
Required Qualifications

Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, NC as a part-time team member

Comfort performing physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting light items, and working on ladders or step-stools when required

Reliability and punctuality with the ability to follow schedules and cleaning procedures

Basic understanding of cleanliness standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent results

Compensation
Monthly salary: $1,000+
