Compensation:
$125,400 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in the real estate market.
- Assist in managing property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations to attract buyers.
- Develop and maintain a growing network of contacts to generate leads and expand your client base.
- Support clients throughout the buying or selling process, from initial consultation to closing.
- Utilize company-provided tools and resources to streamline transactions and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents and contributing to shared goals.
- Proven track record of being proactive and taking initiative in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring all client interactions are handled with care.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in real estate, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, participating in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
