Job DescriptionMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Preferred: HVAC, EPA Certification, Certificate in RefrigerationBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.Strong understanding of general maintenance process and methods.Tools: Working knowledge and ability to operate a variety of equipment, lawn mowers, small hand tools.Communication- Good written and verbal communication skillsExcellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skillsInterpersonal Skills – Ability to work with all levels /staff through the facility in a professional, positive manner.Clinical SkillsExcellent Communication Skills verbal and writtenTeam work and Team Player orientedDecision making skills- ability to deliver quick response with ultimate decision-making skill.Detail oriented- A single medication/diagnosis mistake can cause severe risk of the life of a patient.Critical Thinking Skills- Self-sufficient and adaptive to changes and situations.
