About the Role
We are hiring Apartment Make Ready Technicians to support multiple multifamily communities across the Tampa Bay area. You’ll be responsible for turning vacant units quickly and professionally so they are clean, safe, and ready for new move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready and punch work on vacant apartments according to property standards.

• Perform basic repairs: patching drywall, painting, caulking, replacing hardware, minor carpentry.

• Install or replace light fixtures, outlets/switch plates, blinds, cabinet fronts/doors, and bathroom accessories.

• Assist with cleaning units, patios/balconies, and common areas as needed to finish turns.

• Report larger maintenance issues (HVAC, major plumbing/electrical) to maintenance technicians or supervisors.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Occasionally assist with basic grounds and common-area upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of make ready, apartment maintenance, handyman, or related experience preferred.

• Strong basic skills in painting, drywall patching, caulking, and general repairs.

• Able to use hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely.

• Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and be on your feet most of the day.

• Reliable transportation to travel to communities across the Tampa Bay area.

• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus but not required for this role.
