To support our ongoing expansion, we are looking for additional Affordable Site Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our communities. ?? A Day in the Life: As our Site Manager, you will be the captain of the ship. On any given day, you will:
- Be the Compliance Expert: Keep certifications, tenant files, and waitlists strictly accurate and audit-ready.
- Lead the Team: Oversee leasing activities and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property looking pristine.
- Build Community: Connect with residents, resolve concerns gracefully, and host community events.
- Drive Financial Success: Collect rents and minimize delinquencies.
