 Position Location: Beachwood, OH (Chagrin Blvd &amp; Richmond Rd) Shifts: Thursday - Monday from 7 AM - 4 PM (Tuesday/Wednesday off) Pay: $14/hour (W-2) What Youll Do 
<ul>
<li>Clean building hallways, stairwells, and lobby</li>
<li>Vacuum and mop floors</li>
<li>Take out trash + replace liners</li>
<li>Wipe high-touch surfaces (handles, doors, etc.)</li>
<li>Follow a checklist + upload photos after completion</li>
<li>Pickup trash outdoors</li>
<li>Flag any maintenance or safety issues</li>
</ul>
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Able to lift 30 lbs</li>
<li>Comfortable working indoors &amp; outdoors</li>
<li>Comfortable using smartphone (for clock-ins, checklists, photos)</li>
<li>Ability to work Saturday &amp; Sunday</li>
</ul>
