What We Provide:

1. A consistent flow of Zillow Flex live tour requests from ready-to-act buyers
2. One-on-one mentorship and lead conversion training
3. Full transaction coordination and administrative support
4. Proven sales systems and CRM tools to streamline your business

What We’re Looking For:

1. Active South Carolina Real Estate License
2. Full-time availability and commitment to growing your business
3. Strong communication, follow-up, and client service skills
4. Ability to work independently and within a team setting
5. Willingness to learn and apply proven sales strategies

Compensation:

Commission-based earnings with six-figure potential.

Agents on our team consistently close multiple transactions each month through Zillow Flex connections and team-provided systems.

Pay:

$48,000 – $200,000+ per year (commission-based)
