Job description
We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep our Timeshare/Hotel running as smoothly as possible.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Repair issues with each unit and building as it comes about.</li>
<li>Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion.</li>
<li>Replace broken parts or equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and a safe work space.</li>
<li>Perform other duties, as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields is preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload while being able to stand/walk for 8 hours at a time.</li>
</ul>
 
Pay is $15.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience.
