Job DescriptionStep into a Day on the Floor

On 1st shift, you’ll arrive at the facility nearest to your home—Akron, Alliance, or Barberton—and get right to work keeping production moving. You’ll review maintenance requests, prioritize urgent items, and dive into hands-on troubleshooting. One hour you might isolate an electrical fault and make a clean repair; the next, you’re tracing a pneumatic line or inspecting a hydraulic component to prevent a future breakdown.

What You’ll Handle

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues swiftly and safely.
  • Perform precise electrical repairs to restore equipment performance.
  • Investigate and correct pneumatic problems to maintain system reliability.
  • Apply broad maintenance and repair know-how across varied industrial machinery.
  • Inspect, service, and repair hydraulic systems and components.

Where and When

  • Locations: Akron, Alliance, & Barberton, OH (you’ll work at the site closest to where you live)
  • Shift: 1st Shift

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $25–30/hr DOE
