Job DescriptionWe’re Hiring! 2nd & 3rd Shift Maintenance TechniciansLocation: Napoleon, Ohio | Pay: Up to $31.90/hr. JAC Products, a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, is looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our 2nd & 3rd shift teams. What You’ll Do:
- Maintain, set up, and operate manufacturing equipment.
- Fabricate parts and equipment as needed.
- Respond to service calls: inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machine issues.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, including retrofits and emergency fixes.
- Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Manage parts inventory and maintain records using JAC Products’ CMMS.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Vocational Certificate, Associate’s Degree in a technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- Working knowledge of PLCs preferred; robotics experience a plus.
- Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
