We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Back of House Maintenance Team Member to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and safely. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully functioning back of house – especially when it comes to cleaning fryers, kitchen equipment, and general sanitation tasks in our wing restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fryer Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Safely filter and clean deep fryers on a regular schedule
- Dispose of used oil properly following safety and environmental guidelines
- Monitor oil levels and quality, replace oil when needed

- Kitchen Equipment Cleaning:
- Clean grills, hoods, vents, and other kitchen appliances
- Perform basic maintenance on kitchen equipment (tightening fittings, checking filters, etc.)

- General Cleaning Duties:
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors and surfaces
- Take out trash and recycling, and keep disposal areas clean
- Ensure back of house is organized and free of hazards

- Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils as needed
- Assist with loading/unloading dish machines
