We are seeking an Unarmed HOA Security Officers to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual(s) will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and leadership. This HOA is under construction and needs 24/7 security with a month-to-month contract. We welcome those with little to no experience as we will ensure thorough training and provide guidelines for getting unarmed security license. Specifically looking for those seeking overnight shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields is preferred but NOT necessary for this position
- Active Driver's License - as officers will be driving a patrol vehicle
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
