Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
$18–$23 per Hour
Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for a beautiful apartment community in Flagstaff, AZ. If you have prior apartment leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and enjoy helping people find their next home, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist prospective residents
- Conduct apartment tours and close leases
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Process applications and lease paperwork
- Maintain resident files and leasing records
- Assist current residents with questions and service requests
- Help maintain occupancy goals through excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment leasing experience required
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with property management software is a plus
