AmLaw 50 Firm | Real Estate Finance Associate (4–6 Years)
An AmLaw 50 firm is looking to add a mid-level associate to its Real Estate group in Dallas.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in real estate finance who wants to work on sophisticated transactions with a national platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing lenders in real estate financing transactions
- Drafting and negotiating loan documents
- Managing title and survey diligence
- Supporting complex real estate deals from start to finish
What They’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of real estate experience
- Strong background in real estate finance and lender-side work
- Experience drafting loan documents and handling diligence
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

Estimated compensation: $260,000 – $390,000 depending on experience
