Job Description
The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for detailing surfaces throughout the property.
Duties:
-
Maintain the glass, office windows, lighted signs, door, ceiling tiles, and tambour.

Vacuum vents.

Set up and break down scaffold.

Clean and dispose of biohazards on property.

Use of all cleaning chemicals within the department.

Immediately report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications:
-
Prior cleaning experience preferred.
-
Must be able to use and operate Scaffolds, Ladders, Sky Jack, and Boom lifts.

Able to communicate, read and write in English.
