Job Description
We are currently seeking a preventative commercial Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years commercial service experience.&nbsp;You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment</li>
<li>Estimate time and extent of repairs</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain material and supply inventory</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License</li>
<li>Familiarity with&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Show leadership and effective communication</li>
