We’re partnering with a luxury hotel looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the property’s engineering, facilities, and preventative maintenance operations.

About You
\n
<ul>\n
<li>5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, ideally within a hotel.</li>
\n
<li>Previous leadership or supervisory experience.</li>
\n
<li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and building systems.</li>
\n
<li>Experience with preventative maintenance and work order programs.</li>
\n
<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>
\n
<li>Comfortable managing vendors, contractors, budgets, and repairs.</li>
\n
<li>Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.</li>
\n</ul>

What You’ll Do

<li>Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering across the property.</li>
\n
<li>Manage preventative maintenance schedules and repairs.</li>
\n
<li>Coordinate with hotel teams to minimize disruption to guests.</li>
\n
<li>Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance budgets.</li>
\n
<li>Monitor equipment performance, costs, and work orders.</li>
\n
<li>Maintain compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations.</li>
\n
<li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li>
