Position Details:

<li>Part-time or full-time schedule (Note: if you are applying for full-time you will split your schedule between 2 properties so reliable transportation is a must.)</li>
<li>No evening hours - DAY TIME HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE!</li>
<li>This is an immediate and long-term position with a pay rate of $18/hr.</li>
<li>Must have prior commercial or business cleaning experience on your updated resume.</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>

The successful candidate will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness of common areas within our clients facility. General maintenance tasks include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Dusting</li>
<li>Vacuuming</li>
<li>Cleaning glass and mirrors</li>
<li>Removing trash</li>
<li>Floor cleaning</li>
</ul>
