Job Description

We are hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a multifamily community in Tampa, FL. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people find their new home and can build rapport in both languages.

Responsibilities

Welcome walk-ins and scheduled tours, responding in English or Spanish as needed.
Conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and close leases.
Discuss pricing, availability, qualifying criteria, and community policies.
Assist with applications, approvals, move-ins, and renewals.
Provide excellent customer service to current residents and help resolve issues.
Maintain accurate guest cards and leasing activity reports.

Qualifications

1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong people skills and professional phone manner.
Able to work Saturdays and occasional evenings if needed.
