Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances
• Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime
• Respond to resident and staff requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all maintenance areas are clean, organized, and meet safety and regulatory standards
• Participate in safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance efforts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience in maintenance or related field (entry-level candidates welcome!)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
