Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

Full-Time Night Shift**
**Schedule: **Sunday - Thursday: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures to complete daily assignments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions.
- Perform repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility structures using hand and power tools.
- Assist with electrical, mechanical, piping, and equipment installations and repairs.
- Complete general facility maintenance, including painting and minor building repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain company-owned tools and equipment.
- Assist in developing preventive maintenance plans.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Participate in training programs and apply learned skills on the job.
- Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Equipment & Systems
Technicians will work around and assist in maintaining:
- FANUC Robots
- Industrial Furnaces
- Gauge Machines
- Paint Lines
- Manufacturing Equipment
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring devices.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Manufacturing or maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
