Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and motivated Leasing Agent to join a multifamily apartment community in Killeen, TX!
We are looking for a leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and knows how to turn prospects into residents! The ideal candidate will have previous apartment leasing experience, strong sales skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide professional, engaging property tours.
- Assist prospects throughout the leasing and application process.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into signed leases.
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and other leasing documentation.
- Maintain accurate resident records and leasing reports.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
- Assist with resident relations, retention, and renewal efforts.
- Support marketing initiatives to increase traffic and occupancy.
- Process rental applications and verify required documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of current availability, rental rates, and community amenities.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous multifamily apartment leasing experience REQUIRED.
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, or similar systems preferred.
- Knowledge of leasing procedures, rental applications, and Fair Housing regulations.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet leasing goals.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
