Site Coordinator – Health & Human Services
$19.20 per hour | Permanent Position | 35 Hours/Week | Must Have Reliable Car

We are seeking a Site Coordinator to join a mission-driven Health & Human Services team supporting individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and helping them transition into permanent housing.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff
- Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
- Support daily administrative operations across multiple program locations
- Maintain petty cash, billing, check requests, and MetroCard distribution
- Maintain facility and staff calendars
- Track staff vacation and scheduling information
- Maintain vendor files, records, and documentation
- Order and manage office and program supplies
- Maintain organized filing systems, including confidential client records
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting notes
- Help coordinate events and office activities
- Provide general administrative support to the program team
- Travel between multiple locations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Valid NY, NJ, CT, or PA driver's license and a good driving record
- Must have reliable access to a car, as travel between program locations is required
