Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Superintendent in managing daily job site operations from framing through final finishes
- Be boots on the ground, actively monitoring progress, quality, and job site activity
- Assist in maintaining and driving the construction schedule to keep the project on track
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Monitor work for quality control and ensure alignment with plans and specifications
- Help enforce job site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized site
- Participate in daily walkthroughs to track progress and identify issues early
- Assist with material deliveries, staging, and inventory tracking on site
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and basic project documentation
- Support punch list completion and project closeout efforts
- Help identify and solve problems in real time alongside the Superintendent
- Serve as a bridge between the field and office when needed

- Construction experience with a strong foundation in framing and interior finishes
- Exposure to concrete work and general site operations
- A true field-focused mindset – someone who prefers being on site and involved
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with subcontractors and team members
