✅ What You’ll Do: &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Clean and reset Airbnb units between guest stays</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness in building common areas (lobbies, hallways, etc.)</li>
<li>Report damages or supply needs</li>
<li>Follow checklists and meet high cleaning standards</li>
</ul>
 Who We’re Looking For: &nbsp;

<li>Experienced: 1+ year of professional cleaning preferred (especially short-term rentals or commercial spaces)</li>
<li>Reliable: Shows up on time, communicates clearly, and completes work independently</li>
<li>Detail-Focused: Spots what others miss and goes the extra mile</li>
<li>Flexible: Available for weekday and occasional weekend shifts</li>
