EmpowerHome Team – Colorado is actively hiring a Licensed Real Estate Listing Agent (Spanish-speaking required) to join our fast-growing, high-performance team.
We currently have an overflow of pre-qualified Spanish-speaking seller appointments, and we need motivated agents ready to step in and list homes immediately.
These are warm, ready-to-list appointments generated through proven marketing and inside sales systems—not cold leads.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
- Active Real Estate License (required)

Qualifications:
- Meet with motivated Spanish-speaking sellers and guide them through the listing process
- Build trust and relationships that lead to signed listings and referrals
- Follow up consistently using our CRM and proven systems
- Deliver a high-level client experience from consultation to closing
- Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients
- Manage your calendar, pipeline, and appointments efficiently
- Attend weekly training and team coaching sessions
