Available Opportunities

• Property Manager: $65,000–$68,000 annually
• Property Manager: $30.00/hour
• Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Opportunity: $19.00–$21.00/hour, depending on position and experience

Compensation varies by opportunity, experience, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee or support daily operations of multifamily apartment communities.
• Manage leasing activities, occupancy goals, resident relations, and customer service.
• Monitor rent collections, delinquency, renewals, and financial performance.
• Assist with budgets, reporting, and property operating expenses.
• Supervise, train, and support onsite team members, as applicable.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of service requests and property upkeep.
• Resolve resident concerns professionally while maintaining positive community relationships.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations.
• Support marketing, resident retention, and overall property performance.

Qualifications

• Previous multifamily property management experience strongly preferred for Property Manager positions.
• Previous assistant management, leasing, or related property management experience preferred for Assistant Manager opportunities.
• Strong understanding of leasing operations, collections, resident relations, and property financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and solve problems effectively.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and property management best practices.
