Continental Manor is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to oversee our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry departments!
We are seeking an organized and motivated Maintenance Director / Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents.
What You’ll Do

Oversee daily maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations

Coordinate and prioritize maintenance and repair needs

Ensure the building, grounds, equipment, and resident areas are well maintained

Supervise and support housekeeping and laundry staff
-
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents

Monitor supplies, inventory, and equipment
-
Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance
-
Respond to maintenance concerns and ensure issues are addressed promptly

Follow all applicable safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements

Work closely with facility leadership and other departments
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, or a related supervisory role preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Reliable, dependable, and hands-on

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
