We are looking for reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team in Maryland and surrounding areas!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform residential cleaning services in customers' homes.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Properly handle cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Travel between assigned cleaning locations using your own vehicle.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday schedule.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation to travel between customer locations.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday.
