Join our dynamic and growing team as a Maintenance Technician in a highly automated plant where you will work with complex electrical controls used to integrate automated systems. You will be responsible for working on up to 600V electrical circuits, low voltage machinery controls, photocells, VFD motor controls, and occasionally engage in fabrication and plumbing projects.
Responsibilities
- Work on electrical circuits up to 600V and low voltage machinery controls.
- Handle photocells, VFD motor controls, and engage in fabrication and plumbing projects as needed.
- Lead and train maintenance technicians.
- Implement and edit preventive maintenance schedules.
- Organize and manage the parts room and system.
- Provide structure and guidance to the maintenance team.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in electrical systems, particularly 3 phase 480 volt circuits.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and minor program editing.
- Knowledge of conveyor systems and mechanical systems.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, including pumps, presses, and electrical controls.
- Skills in troubleshooting, repair, pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematic reading.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
