We are seeking a Commercial and Residential Cleaner to provide professional cleaning services for homes, apartments, and mixed commercial and residential properties throughout Sumner county, Robertson County, and Mt. Juliet. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with assignments organized through small cleaning teams, route-based daily schedules, and supervisor-directed assignments. The cleaner will perform routine, deep, move-in and move-out, and STR cleans.
Responsibilities
- Perform surface cleaning in residential and commercial properties.
- Complete deep cleaning assignments.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Vacuum floors, carpets, and upholstered areas.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Complete move-in and move-out cleaning services.
- Perform routine and post-construction cleaning.
- Follow route-based schedules and supervisor-directed assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of commercial and residential cleaning experience.
- Strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service skills.
