We are seeking a full-time individual to assist our Maintenance Supervisor with property maintenance of a large apartment complex. This position requires a reliable and trustworthy person who can maintain neutrality and respect privacy as they will need to work in occupied apartments as well as vacant ones. This individual must also be insurable for use of our company vehicle. We are seeking a candidate who is mechanically inclined with the knowledge of working with various hand tools. Typical job duties include unit turn overs, routine work orders, grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs and upkeep, etc. This individual should be located within 15 minutes of the center of West Bend as they will need to be available to share the on-call duties.
